Can I get a refund or replacement if I’m not satisfied with the machine and/or I encountered factory defects and other issues?

Sanity Solutions does not accept Returns or Store Exchanges. However, we can replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the  product. Your request for a replacement will be processed if the item is damaged or broken upon arrival, or the package is lost in transit.

Note: Sanity Solutions will not be held liable to any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
